Notice is hereby given that the 2025 AGM of Welsh Fencing will be held on 23rd November 2025. It will be a hybrid meeting, details of which will be published on the Welsh Fencing website 28 days before the meeting, along with the statutory notices.

The Vice-Chair tenure completes this year, and Mike Evans-Jones will be seeking re-election.

As communicated earlier this year Caroline has decided, after many years supporting Welsh Fencing, to step back from the treasurer role. I would like to once again personally thank Caroline for all her hard work over the years and all that she has done for us as treasurer. Also as communicated, Aaron James has kindly stepped forward to become our new Treasurer and has been working with Caroline to ensure a smooth handover through 2025. We will formerly confirm Aaron's appointment at the AGM.
Since the announcement earlier this year, that Ceri Picton had to step back from the role of Chair, I have been acting as interim Chair for Welsh Fencing. It is my intention to stand for the Chair position at the AGM but I cordally invite any other individuals for role to nominate themselves by the due process.
